Zintrox does not independently verify:

- unauthorized surveillance,
- abuse,

Zintrox is NOT:

- precise location accuracy,
- immediate alert delivery,
- successful emergency outcomes,
- or continuous availability.
Service performance may be affected by:
- internet connectivity,
- device settings,
- operating system restrictions,
- battery limitations,
- hardware failures,
- GPS signal availability,
- cloud outages,
- or third-party platform interruptions.
Users should never rely exclusively on Zintrox for emergency protection or critical safety decisions.
