Awareness includes real-time location tracking, 1 Safe Zone, 7-day location history and the SOS button. Protection adds 2 Safe Zones, 30-day location history and smart contextual alerts. Family Circle adds up to 4 family members, 2 Safe Zones per person and 90-day location history.

Yes. Plans renew automatically after the 15-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

No. Never. Your family’s location is never sold — to advertisers or anyone else.

Location is shared only after each person allows it. Then you choose who sees what: live location, device status and every alert, set person by person.

Places you set, like school or home. You get alerts only for the places that matter to you, and Smart Places tells you the moment they arrive.

No. Zintrox does not replace emergency services or adult supervision. If someone is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. Location and alerts depend on device, connectivity, signal, battery and other conditions.
