These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zintrox platform, including:
- mobile applications,
- connected devices,
- software,
- cloud services,
- websites,
- APIs,
- and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zintrox Technology Corp. (“Zintrox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Our mission
Zintrox was created to help families stay connected through intelligent safety and location-aware technology designed around transparency, consent, and trust.
Our goal is to provide tools that support awareness and peace of mind — while respecting user privacy and responsible technology practices.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement,
- comply with all applicable laws,
- and use the Services only for authorized purposes.
If you create accounts or profiles on behalf of minors, dependents, or family members, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
3. Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information,
- protecting login credentials,
- securing connected devices,
- and controlling access to their accounts.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account unless unauthorized access results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Location sharing & consent
Certain Zintrox Services rely on location-sharing functionality.
By enabling these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are authorized to share the location information associated with the relevant device or person,
- you have obtained all legally required permissions and consents,
- and you are solely responsible for how you use location-sharing features.
Zintrox does not independently verify:
- family relationships,
- guardianship status,
- custodial rights,
- or legal authority between users.
Prohibited surveillance
You may not use Zintrox for:
- stalking,
- harassment,
- coercive control,
- hidden surveillance,
- abuse,
- illegal tracking,
- or unlawful monitoring of any person.
Violation of this section may result in:
- account suspension,
- permanent termination,
- referral to authorities,
- and legal action.
5. Children & family features
Some Zintrox Services are intended to help parents or legal guardians manage connected family experiences.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for:
- supervising minors,
- controlling permissions,
- reviewing shared access,
- and managing device usage.
Zintrox does not knowingly permit children to independently create accounts where prohibited by law.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Certain Services require paid subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- pricing may vary by plan or region,
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled,
- taxes may apply,
- and promotional offers may contain additional conditions.
Subscription details, billing cycles, and cancellation terms may be provided separately within the app or checkout process.
7. Device performance & connectivity
The functionality of the Services may depend on:
- device compatibility,
- internet access,
- cellular coverage,
- GPS signal availability,
- operating system permissions,
- battery levels,
- cloud infrastructure,
- and third-party platforms.
Zintrox does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Important safety disclaimer
Zintrox is NOT:
- an emergency response service,
- a healthcare provider,
- a medical monitoring system,
- a law enforcement agency,
- or a guaranteed life-safety solution.
The Services are intended only to assist with awareness and connected safety experiences.
You should never rely exclusively on Zintrox during emergencies or high-risk situations.
We do not guarantee:
- precise location accuracy,
- uninterrupted availability,
- immediate alert delivery,
- successful emergency outcomes,
- or prevention of harm.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party technologies, including:
- Apple services,
- Android services,
- Firebase,
- AWS infrastructure,
- payment processors,
- analytics systems,
- and communication providers.
Third-party services operate independently and may be governed by separate terms and policies.
Zintrox is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Services,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- interfere with system integrity,
- reverse engineer the platform,
- exploit vulnerabilities,
- transmit malicious code,
- or violate applicable laws.
You may not use Zintrox to:
- monitor individuals unlawfully,
- invade privacy,
- impersonate others,
- or collect information without authorization.
11. Intellectual property
All intellectual property associated with the Services, including:
- software,
- branding,
- interfaces,
- designs,
- logos,
- content,
- and technology,
is owned by Zintrox or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Services without written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- suspend,
- restrict,
- or terminate access to the Services
if we reasonably believe:
- these Terms were violated,
- unlawful activity occurred,
- platform abuse exists,
- or safety risks are present.
Users may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided:
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Zintrox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- merchantability,
- fitness for a particular purpose,
- non-infringement,
- uninterrupted availability,
- or guaranteed accuracy.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zintrox shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages,
- incidental damages,
- consequential damages,
- emotional distress,
- lost profits,
- lost data,
- service interruptions,
- or failures caused by third-party systems.
This includes situations involving:
- GPS inaccuracies,
- delayed notifications,
- missed alerts,
- connectivity failures,
- device malfunctions,
- or infrastructure outages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zintrox and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- misuse of the Services,
- unlawful activity,
- violation of these Terms,
- infringement of rights,
- or unauthorized monitoring.
17. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Arbitration & class action waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration,
- users waive participation in class actions,
- and claims must be brought individually.

19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When material changes occur, we may provide:

- website announcements,
- or other disclosures.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
