To protect our users, families, and platform integrity, all users must use Zintrox responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains behaviors that are prohibited while using the Zintrox platform, applications, devices, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy forms part of the Zintrox Terms of Service.
1. Our safety principles
Users of Zintrox must:
- respect privacy,
- use the platform lawfully,
- obtain proper consent,
- and avoid conduct that could endanger, manipulate, or harm others.
Zintrox is intended for authorized family safety and connected awareness experiences — not surveillance abuse or unlawful monitoring.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may NOT use Zintrox to:
- stalk individuals,
- secretly monitor others,
- harass or intimidate people,
- engage in coercive control,
- invade privacy,
- facilitate domestic abuse,
- track individuals without authorization,
- impersonate another person,
- manipulate minors,
- violate applicable laws,
- or engage in harmful or deceptive behavior.
3. Unauthorized location tracking
Users may not:
- monitor individuals without consent,
- install devices unlawfully,
- hide tracking devices for abusive purposes,
- or attempt to bypass user awareness mechanisms.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority and consent necessary to use location-sharing features.
4. Family safety protections
Zintrox family features may only be used:
- by authorized family members,
- parents,
- legal guardians,
- caregivers,
- or individuals with valid consent.
Using Zintrox in connection with:
- custody disputes,
- abusive monitoring,
- hidden surveillance,
- or coercive family control
may result in immediate account action.
5. Child safety restrictions
You may not use Zintrox to:
- exploit minors,
- violate children’s privacy,
- collect unauthorized child information,
- or engage in unsafe or manipulative behavior involving minors.
Adult users remain responsible for supervising child-related usage.
6. Security & platform abuse
Users may NOT:
- reverse engineer the platform,
- exploit vulnerabilities,
- bypass security protections,
- scrape platform data,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- interfere with infrastructure,
- transmit malware,
- or disrupt platform operations.
7. Fraudulent activity
You may not:
- create fake accounts,
- falsify identities,
- manipulate subscriptions,
- abuse promotions,
- or misrepresent relationships or permissions.
8. Illegal uses
You may not use Zintrox in connection with:
- unlawful surveillance,
- criminal activity,
- trafficking,
- harassment,
- stalking,
- fraud,
- threats,
- or violations of applicable privacy laws.
9. Investigations & enforcement
Zintrox reserves the right to:
- investigate suspicious activity,
- monitor abuse reports,
- restrict functionality,
- suspend accounts,
- terminate access,
- remove content,
- and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect:
- users,
- families,
- minors,
- platform integrity,
- or legal compliance.
10. Reporting abuse
Users may report suspected:
- abuse,
- stalking,
- unauthorized monitoring,
- child safety concerns,
- or platform misuse
through our support channels.
Zintrox may review reports and take action at its discretion.
11. No guarantee of monitoring
While Zintrox may investigate misuse reports, we do not guarantee:
- continuous monitoring,
- real-time intervention,
- or prevention of unlawful behavior.
Users remain responsible for their own actions and legal compliance.
12. Policy violations
Violation of this policy may result in:
- warnings,
- feature restrictions,
- account suspension,
- permanent termination,
- legal action,
- or referrals to authorities.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
